So thrilled and happy to receive this little book about Cockatoos by Thames and Hudson last week. Two of my Cockatoo artworks are included along with some of my favourite artists, it's a special privilege to be featured in this book with them! The book is now available in bookstores with an emphasis on conservation of these beautiful birds.

Blog Interview with Kiana

I've been lucky enough to have been featured in a great Blog http://spectredart.com.  It's a wonderful website with lots of tips for artists and craftspeople and has some interesting interviews with artists from different parts of the world. Please take a look!
Kiana who runs the blog also is a skilled artist and has a shop on Etsy and Red Bubble. This work is called "Grey Mountain" and is one of my favourites.

Autumn Leaves

One thing I miss in Australia is the glorious colour of the leaves on the trees in Autumn. Living near the coast we do have other compensations such has the beautiful Australian flowers such as the Banksias and the Grevilleas, which are especially showy after the rains at the end of summer. We have to make a trip into the hills of the Dandenong ranges to see the autumn deciduous trees and it's well worth the trip.
